Large-Sized Glass Manhole
Below is a large-sized glass manhole, which can easily enter and exit the tank, using strengthened glass raw material, stainless steel locking handle, and can customize the brewery LOGO.
Standard Rake
Below is the Standard Rake, which can be top-mounted or bottom-mounted with adjustable RPM. You can see the chain in the picture, it is a chain type pullable scraper, making spent grain easier to get out. The rake arm distance is calculated by diameter of the grain bed for even tillage.
Sparging System
Below is the sparging cycle, which is formed by bending stainless steel tubes in one pass without welds and dead ends. Drill holes or nozzles at multiple angles when making, so that the sparging is finer. And the sprayed water fully covered the bad layer.
Side-Mounted Spent Grain Door
Below is a large side mounted spent grain door. It can be seen from the picture with a small glass sight glass for easy observation. And the outlet guide plate is detachable.
Wort Grant
Below is the Wort Grant, the wort is naturally filtered without negative pressure; The barrel is made of glass, which is convenient for observing the brightness of the wort; The CIP cleaning ball is installed inside, which is easy to clean and does not need to be disassembled; And the liquid level can be seen to adjust the filtration speed.
