To reduce the initial investment, the customer selected single-wall tanks without cooling jackets, providing a practical and cost-effective solution for kombucha primary fermentation.

Designed for Primary Kombucha Fermentation

These fermentation tanks are specially designed for the first fermentation (F1) of kombucha. During this stage, the SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) converts sweet tea into kombucha through aerobic fermentation. Unlike beer fermentation, sufficient oxygen is required to support the activity of acetic acid bacteria, making this type of tank an ideal choice.
