Speaking of brewhouse, as we all know there are several combinations like the simple and popular 2 vessel(Mash/Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun), the efficient 3 vessel(Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle/Whirlpool Tun) or the Combined 2 Vessel(Mash/Lauter/Whirlpool Tun+Kettle Tun) to save your room and cost. Today I’d like to introduce this 4 vessel brewhouse of 1000L brewery equipment to you, as the original classic brewhouse combination, this layout has many advantages including smoother operation, easier observing and maximize the brewing efficiency, etc.
As you can see from the photo, for this layout, the whole set of equipment has a relatively high requirements toward the room space, but of course the layout could always be designed according to your room dimensions or for your personal preferences.

As for the platform, it is also available to be customized according to your personal habits like the stairs could be designed on the left, right or front side of the platform for your preferences like the photo in below:
 
Some of our customers choose this brewhouse system for some specific purposes, for example, double or multiple batches of beer brewing are expected per day, this layout will improve the brewing efficiency greatly; Or for decoction mashing, in that case, some of our customers would ask if the Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps are able to be reversible in flow, well we usually will configure another pump for the Kettle Tun and push the liquid back.
