As a turnkey solution brewing project, this is a complete set of 200l brewery system included except for the glycol cooling system that already equipped in our customers’ current set up, components mainly including from malt milling to keg washing machine, etc. We’ll make a detailed list in below for your better information of whole system!
 
The whole system has been packed and ready to be loaded into containers for shipment a few days later. Turnkey solutions provided for all sizes of brewing project from layout designing, configurations confirming, manufacturing to delivering and installation as well as maintenance. Door to door service is also available to be provided to save your efforts for this as much as possible if required.
 
 
The 200L 2-Vessel Brewhouse
Composed by the iconic structure of Mash/Lauter Tun, Kettle/Whirlpool Tun and Hot Liquor Tank, the HLT is enlarged into 500L to better meet the liquid supply requirements. The brewhouse is designed to be heated by direct fire based on customer’s requests, for safety considerations, we’ve been using the combustion chamber that composed by stainless steel outside skin, perlite insulation, 5mm carbon steel plate and fire-proof cement protective layer, that will be a big help to better control the temperatures which is concerned by most of customers when considering to use direct fire as heating source. The burner is belong to BTG6 Baltur Brand.
